Bayless Insurance is a second-generation agency that was established in 1979. The agency relocated from Beaumont to Lumberton, Texas in 1985. Mike Bayless purchased and assumed ownership the agency in 2002. Mike started his insurance career at the age of 22 in 1981 to achieve his financial goals, but most importantly to impact the lives of others. The purchase of a home and car generally represents one of largest investments an individual can make, he understands the need to educate people on how to protect those assets.
Bayless Insurance has represented Germania since 1985, we are proud of the association and relationship we have had with Germania. Germania Farm Mutual was organized in 1896 and remains true to its traditions by providing principled and honest insurance protection to its members.
Germania is our primary company but we are an independent insurance agency representing several major companies, which allows us to serve our customers first. While price is a contributing factor in all our recommendations, the deciding factor should be the expected level service provided at the time of a claim. Our goal is to serve every client with a reliable and honest customer experience, while providing products to accommodate their insurance needs.
