“It was very easy to add my new vehicle, and to also drop the one I sold. I appreciate it being so easy. I would like to make you aware of one problem I had a year ago, though. We were trying to get coverage for our Kubota tractor. I called and spoke to someone (at the moment I can’t remember her name, but I can look back at my notes and find out if needed) and gave her all the info. She never called me back. I called again and asked for a quote. Again, no call back. I ended up leaving a message on the answering machine saying I was going to keep the insurance with Kubota because I never received a call back. I figured that would at least get me a call with apologies. But, no, it didn’t. All the other times that I have dealt with Bayless has been excellent. ”

“My contact with Bayless Insurance is predominately done by phone. I can say I am always spoken to in a kind and courteous manner. Hold times are a minimal if at all. The staff is always helpful with answering any questions or explaining any differences in policy changes. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Bayless Insurance.”
